Problems with Defective DVD???

Have any of you had trouble getting a DVD replaced if it's defective? I received my Intensity Series DVD's plus the Terminator and unfortunately the Boot Camp/ME DVD can't be read from any DVD player in our house nor on either computer. So I called the 1800 number and they said someone would call me back but no one did. So I called again and the guy who answered said they were closed but the best way to get to them is via e-mail. So I did that and still nothing. I'm getting a little irritated because they won't respond. Since I'm new to Cathe, I haven't had any experiences with customer service yet so I'm hoping they're just having a bad week. Any ideas???

I had problems with the same dvd. I emailed customer service - they were great. They just asked me to try a couple of different things to try to get the dvd to work. I did and the dvd was still not working - so they replaced it within a couple of days. The multi-layered dvd's do not work well on cheap dvd players. I bought a newer and better dvd player for my workout room and no longer have problems with any of the dvds. I saw you did try it on your computer - so it might be defective. It is the holidays - so give them a couple of extra days. They really are very helpful with these problems.

Ah - I just got an e-mail from them. They wanted me to clean my DVD player and the DVD, but as I had mentioned in my first e-mail to them, I tried it in two DVD players and on two computers and it couldn't be read by any of them. So hopefully I can get a replacement in the not too distant future. I'm really excited to try Bootcamp!

I hate to keep replying to my own post, but thought I should inform everyone reading it that they are now sending me a new DVD and they will send a mailer so I can send back the defective one. So, yes, e-mailing them is the way to go and I am pleased with their customer service.
