Hi Kenja-
You can't buy the premixes, but what you can do is create them in the Workout Blender (after you've purchased the digital download). You can find out the chapters in the premix in the Workout Manager, then select those chapters in the Workout Blender to play it, name it, and save it. kenja likes this.
