Okay buckle up fitness buddies for those of us doing this monster of a January rotation!!!

Today is BC and intervals 1-5 of IMAX 2. WOOHOO, I can feel an endorphin high coming on!!

Have fun!!!

I'm working today too (worked the weekend) but I'm off tomorrow!! YIPPEE..
 
Hey Jane and Judy and others who follow,

I am starting a strength routine instead of January's. It will consist of PUB,PS,BM,MM. I hope I will see some results from this rotation.

Today will be PUB,PS triceps and abs.


Back to work tomorrow for me after being off since Dec,22.:(

Well back again ladies to say I have just done PUB,PS triceps but am putting off abs tomorrow. And I have a feeling that I will have some major DOMS tomorrow.

Jane - may I join? I'm thinking of doing the Jan rotation as well. I did not see it until today, but did Body Max this morning, so I figure I'll just start with day 2... Holy cow, I'll need some pep talks with this one! But I'm looking forward to doing it!
 
Hey Christine... the more the merrier, especially with this rotation!!

I just finished day 1. BC and IMAX2 1-5 and you know, it wasn't that bad. Maybe it is because I like BC and I LOVE IMAX2 so there was not dread factor there. I burned 596 calories. WOOHOO!!
