I've got a few in my head that I'm playing with. One with just the pyramids and one with the endurance tapes, and one that combines old enduance tape with the new.
The pyramids look like this:
Mon- LB pyramid and 30min cardio (step, run, kickbox.....)
Tues- UB pramid and 40min cardio
Wed- Imax2
Thurs- LB pyramid and yoga
Fri- UB pyramid and 40min cardio
Sat- Imax1
Endurance
Mon- Boot camp maybe some a.m. cardio
Tues- Imax2
Wed- Cardio and weights maybe some a.m. cardio
Thurs- rest
Fri- muscle endurance maybe some a.m. cardio
Sat- Imax1
Combo
Monday- BodyMax
Tues- Imax2
Wed- bootcamp
Thurs- CircutMax with REALLY light weights or rest
Fri- Muscle Endurance
Sat- IMAX1
What ever tape of the new series doesn't get done one week, it will start out the next week. So Cardio and weights would be mon instead of BMax, ect, ect, ect..... All Sundays are rest days for me, so that's why I did it like that.
