Intensity series rotations for the new year...

Please post what rotations you will use once you get your videos (okay some of you lucky dogs already have them).

I would love to know before I get my videos on Jan. 2.

I'd like to hear a response to this question as well. AND what do you mean some of you lucky dogs already have them??? Does anyone out there have them already???? Our UPS man pulled up yesterday and I tore out the door only to get some Christmas presents, bummer. The waiting is unbearable!!!!!

I've got a few in my head that I'm playing with. One with just the pyramids and one with the endurance tapes, and one that combines old enduance tape with the new.
The pyramids look like this:
Mon- LB pyramid and 30min cardio (step, run, kickbox.....)
Tues- UB pramid and 40min cardio
Wed- Imax2
Thurs- LB pyramid and yoga
Fri- UB pyramid and 40min cardio
Sat- Imax1

Endurance
Mon- Boot camp maybe some a.m. cardio
Tues- Imax2
Wed- Cardio and weights maybe some a.m. cardio
Thurs- rest
Fri- muscle endurance maybe some a.m. cardio
Sat- Imax1

Combo
Monday- BodyMax
Tues- Imax2
Wed- bootcamp
Thurs- CircutMax with REALLY light weights or rest
Fri- Muscle Endurance
Sat- IMAX1
What ever tape of the new series doesn't get done one week, it will start out the next week. So Cardio and weights would be mon instead of BMax, ect, ect, ect..... All Sundays are rest days for me, so that's why I did it like that.

I am and will be using what "Master Cathe" herself suggested in one of her posts:

"...I will share a couple of ways to enjoy the Intensity series. How long you stay on any of these rotations is totally based on how your body is responding. If it feels good continue, if you feel pretty tired and sore, modify the intensity within each workout to fit your needs, if you feel flat out exhausted and ultra sore, alternate it with some less intense workouts.


ADVANCED Total Overall Body Blast Workout:

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: off
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Imax2
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body


ADVANCED Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Heavy Weight Training

Mon: Pyramid Lower Body
Tues: Pyramid Upper Body
Wed: Imax 2
Thurs: off
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of IMAX 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body


Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance

Mon: Imax 2
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: off
Friday: Circuit Max
Sat: A lower intensity cardio of your choice
Sun: Muscle Endurance "
