Here’s the 8 week Insanity rotation:

Week 1

M- Fit Test= 30 Min
Tu- Plyometric Cardio Circuit= 40 Min
W- Cardio Power Resistance= 40 Min
Th-Cardio Recovery= 40 Min
Fri-Pure Cardio= 40 Min
Sat- Plyometric Cardio Circuit= 40 Min
Sun= OFF


Week 2

M-Cardio Power & Resistance= 40 Min
Tu- Pure Cardio= 40 Min
W- Plyometric Cardio Circuit= 40 Min
Th- Cardio Recovery= 40 Min
Fri- Cardio Power & Resistance= 40 Min
Sat-Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs= 56 min (Pure Cardio= 40 Min, & Cardio Abs=16 Min)
Sun-Off

Week 3

M-Fit Test= 30 Min
Tu-Plyometric Cardio Circuit= 40 min
W- Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs= 56 Min
Th-Cardio Recovery= 40 Min
Fri- Cardio Power & Resistance= 40 min

If anyone wonders the rotation I posted for insanity came straight from my beachbody Insanity workout calendar. Its not my rotation I created its theirs. I just wanted to clairify that it is a legitamate Insanity workout schedule taken directly from the workout calendar that came with my beachbody purchase!

I'm sorry :( I didn't mean to imply it wasn't the "actual" schedule. I was just saying I have a pdf of what it actually looks like where you can mark off the days, etc! Both will work fine ;)

No worries, I just wanted to clairify that it was Insanity from Beachbody's rotation, not mine and not a bogus copy of Insanity's stuff. Oops, I think I misspelled your name above, sorry about that I suck at spelling names sometimes.;)
