That completely varies person to person and on what you're doing and your individual start point. Someone very large could require more than 4 pounds to see an inch; someone who is doing weight training versus someone just walking would potentially see different results. Weight training can totally change your body without having a major weight loss.

It's an individual thing.
I've lost up to 4 inches at a time without losing any weight. But I never lose more than 4-5 pounds without losing inches. My personal best was losing a grand total of 7.5 pounds and I dropped 2 jean sizes and 3 inches each in chest, hips, and waist not to mention arms and thighs!!! It's all about genetics and workouts. I have an hourglass figure and am a pure meso. It doesn't take much for me to lose an inch or two. |
