I have not been here in a long time. hi everyone!
I did a search for Ultimate Yogi here and was surprised not to see any. Is anyone doing the program? The good thing about Ultimate Yogi is that it seems to appeal to those who like classic yoga as well as those who are more athletic in the preferences over at VF. The yoga is intense but using accessible poses, it never gets over-bendy nor too gymnastic. I bought the set to use the classes as one offs for my yoga practice but I liked it so much I am actually doing the program. |
