Healthy Eating (BFL) Checkin 2/7/05

Morning everyone,

After a crazy weekend, we were not home at all. I am really tired this morning but got up and did MIS legs.

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - either cheese and LF triscuits or Balance GO Mix
L - soup, lf triscuits
S - BFL bar
D - ??

Morning all. This is my eating plan but it may change. I'm feeling really sick . . .

B: 2 ff waffles w/cherry preserves, oj w/calcium
S: bananna & yogurt
L: ff cottage cheese and canteloupe
S: yogurt
D: spaghetti w/venision meat sauce, green beans
S: laughing cow cheese w/reduced fat triskets

I'm going to do some cardio today and tonight PP.

S - protein shake
L - chicken, salad, fruit
S - yogurt, apple
D - chicken, polenta
S - BFL bar

Morning,

I will be doing Bryan Kest yoga today.

1: shredded wheat cereal, 1% milk, coffee
2: half of sandwich (whole wheat bread, lite mayo, turkey, ham)
3: other half
4: leftover roast chicken
5: rice, stir fry

I'm seriously considering trying the David Kirsch plan for 2 weeks. This plateau is extremely frustrating.
 
Hello All,

It has been a crazy week... with DB inthe hospital, i haven't worked out in a week! And the eating has been sub-par. Anyways, this week i will do better, with no working out and eating juck food i will end up sick and run down and not be able to help with his recovery! So....

b - WW bagel, vegie cream cheese
l - black eyed peas, brown rice, broccoli
s - apple
d - big tossed salad

Probobly no workout today either..... x(

There was another thread going recently about the Ultimate New York Body Plan by David Kirsch. LSass was talking about using that as a way to get out of her plateau. As far as I know, you cut out
Alcohol
Bread
Starchy Carbs
Dairy
Extra Sweets
Fat or Fruits

for 2 weeks. You also work out a ton. Sounds strict, but it seemed to work for her.
 
Hello, late check-in here...but I need to get my butt in gear and really hit my plan hard! I've been slacking on the weekends and of course not making any progress!

What does (BFL) mean?? I need to really get serious about my diet and was thinking about posting with you guys:)
