Hi all! I just received GS Legs the other day and did it for the first time tonight. I only had time to do the standing leg work though. May head downstairs later for the floor work.
My question is, do you consider the standing work a complete leg workout? My legs are shaking more than I thought they would. I was actually contemplating not purchasing this workout because I have PLB and S&H so I figured I didn't need one more lower body workout. Glad I bought it. I can't get over how different each of Cathe's strength workouts are. Have a great night everyone! Melissa |

Hi Melissa,
For me it's those slow count lunges just before the floor work that gets me. The floor work is excellent, you'll love that! Congrats on an excellent leg workout!! Have a great night

If you want to just do the standing work, I think that's fine. I often do just that. If you have more time and greater energy, then including the floor work is something to work up to. It is very effective. Since the standing work has you already shaking, I think you should stay where you are for now and increase your strength and endurance on this part of the workout. As you get stronger, you can start to include the floor work. You'll get there.

Hi Melissa,
I always use GS: Legs standing portion only as a complete workout (I will add one core work). It is my favorite lower body workout, I don't every do the floor work though. I prefer to focus on the bigger muscle groups and not do isolation work. Just my preference. I have gotten great results from this workout -- enjoy! Monica |
