Thank you Cathe for posting what workouts take your breath away! I was so happy to see that you are in fact, not superhuman!
After last nights killer TBT LB w/o, I woke up to find DOMS paid me a nice visit. Tonight's workout will be something fun and not too strenuous, so Step Moves for me. I used to shy away from complex choreo, but now I love it ![]() Have a great day ![]() Natasha

Good morning Cathe! This morning I started my day with HIIT 30/30 and Core Max #1. Tonight will be STS Disk 28. I love Meso 3 in STS - makes me feel so accomplished!
Just wanted to let you know that the other night after my workout with High Reps, I felt so great that my husband commented "that must've been a great workout - you're beaming!" And its true - your workouts deliver such a positive energy that its hard not to smile during & after! |

Hey Natasha - what a great compliment from your hubby! Don't you just love it when they notice these things and appreciate it??? Hey, and congrats for looking hot in skinny jeans - those are hard to pull off! I personally can't, so I respect women who can!!

Holy Moly... I pulled out an oldie but a goodie yesterday. Muscle Endurance still kicks my booty!! Today was a big time recovery day!
Tomorrow will be Blizzard-Max. 2 feet of snow expected over the next 2 days along with 50 MPH winds!! Woohoooo!! Our first blizzard of the year!! We're all stocked up and ready to hunker in! I have Ab Circuits & an LIS workout scheduled tomorrow. Happy Snow Day to us!! Pam |
