Question Fitness equipment you can't live without

If someone were to ever take my dumbbell's from me, I would cry. I love them so much. They are my most cherished piece of fitness equipment. Coming in at a close second, would be my step. It is so versatile, simple, and gives me a wonderful cardio workout without going on a treadmill or elliptical. Those are my two partner's in crime.

Which fitness equipment can't you live without?
(besides Cathe DVD's, that's a given)

I agree about the dumbbells, but I would have to put my treadmill up there with the dumbbells. It allows me to run every single day.... rain or shine, cold or hot. Don't know what I'd do without it!!

I've got my "essentials" and my "accessories that really help."
Essential would be weights (dumbbells & barbell), step, shoes, and a wide sweatband!
Accessories--well that's another story. I LOVE my accessories. I guess I could do without, but I really wouldn't want to. They are things I've added over the years (usually as Cathe has), that have now become almost essential.

Almost-Essential Accessories:
High Step
bands (including firewalker)
stability ball
Ironwear 2lb weighted gloves (fabulous!)

Nice-to-have Accessories:
Turbo Tower
Wavemaster
Cathe micro-load gloves
Versa Gripps
kettlebells

So-glad-I-got Equipment:
SPIN BIKE!!!!!!

All of my stuff at this point cause I workout on my own rotation involving all the stuff I own. So, I purchased most everything in the past 6 years including a spin bike and turbo-barre.

My iPod for sure. I take it with me any time I travel to enable me to keep up with at least some workouts. Not to mention that it accompanies me on my treadmill and elliptical on those days at home.

My step, dumbells, barbell are my staples.

My very favorite is my HRM, though I suspect it's been giving me artificially high calorie consumption during my workouts as of late.
