I need your advice! I have about 20 pounds to lose and much needed muscle definition. Would you recommend me sticking to only Fat Loss/ Endurance Rotations until the fat/weight is gone? Or, should I mix it up with others? Any suggestions?
I'm in the same boat and would welcome suggestions. Also, if you do a search on "lose 20 to 30lbs, Cathe created a fatloss/weightloss program for someone last year or so. I've been considering it myself.
