Do you have experience in running a 501c3? Nonprofit/tax exempt entity.
The idea came to me about one week ago, I just got off the phone with a legal group and I am feeling quite overwhelmed by the fees and by the processes. Might have funding already from another group too.
If you do have experience, please private message me or reply back on what you did to overcome the challenges of creating a nonprofit.
