I was trying to think of some new cardio workouts I could do, instead of step all the time (right now all I have is Cathe - all of them). I know nothing about other instructors and thought maybe a dance workout video might be fun for a change. Does anyone have one that they like, which isn't too easy? Or any other suggestions would be welcome. :D Linda |

I really like Patrick Goudeau. His dance dvd's are lots of fun. Once you get the moves it can be intense.

I also really like Patrick. I have all of his dance videos and enjoy all of them. I've also been starting to read good things about Jamie King's Rock Your Body workout. You can see a clip and reviews at Collage.

Another vote for Patrick, as well as Christi Taylor, Amy Bento ( athletic but fun), Rob Glick, among others. You can also check out CIA aerobics, they have a variety of aerobic options. Marcus Irwin is good too, but I always rev up the intensity and add some higher impact to his stuff. You can also get ideas from collage video. They have great clips too.

Jaime King's Rock Your Body workout is a lot of fun, and you do get your heart rate up more that you do with other dance videos (like those from Crunch and Prevention, which are fun, but not nearly as challenging). He does a nice job of breaking down the moves so that it doesn't get boring after you've done the workout a few times.
