Daily Challenge Ideas

Hello everyone !

Just wanted to check in on ideas for the daily challenges. Seem like it is going fairly well and might actually be benefiting some of us (I know it is helping me out !!)

As always, I am looking for ideas. Here are the ones I have so far:

- exercise/fitness challenge
- no junk food day
- eat your fruits and veggies day
- drink your water/log your food day

I think logging ALL of your intake is beneficial, but it is the hardest thing for me to do. For me, that would be a great challenge and then reporting it back here.
