Read this article in Men's Fitness last week. Loved it. Wasn't there another one also, about the benefits of non-HiiT cardiovascular exercise? Also there was another on the benefits of cardio to build leg muscle, which contradicts what we are always told about "don't do cardio, it will break down and use your muscle for fuel, etc".
It's an interesting magazine, better than most women's health and fitness mags......
