Default Cathe DVDs using heavy weights

Which of Cathe's DVDs would you consider as requiring "heavy" weights in order to see results? I realize any of them can be tailored to one's needs, but in order to get the benefit of each workout, which, in your opinion, require heavier weights to get the most benefit? For example, do you consider the Gym Style series to be lifting heavy?

Due to a lymph node being removed, I can no longer lift heavy weights and want to avoid those that would be too risky. (No, the doctor didn't give me a certain weight to avoid.)

I hope that makes sense. Thanks so much for any feedback.

The one series I would stay away from if you cannot lift heavy is STS. Others could probably be used with lighter weights and still get results, even the gym styles, but they would be less good. Also 4DS uses "heavier" weights. Go more for the endurance-type offerings and you will be ok.

Just revisted Butts and Guts. The heaviest weight used is a 35 lb barbell, but it is a killer workout!!!!

Thank you for your responses, ladies. I definitely won't be able to do STS, but I was curious what others thoughts were on the Gym Style series, as I really love those but hate to use them lifting less than adequate for results. I had forgotten about 4DS. I don't think I could ever part with Butts and Guts! There are just too many good chapters I could use that didn't use the heavier weights!
