BFL checkin 1/28/05

Hi Everyone,
We made it through another week. Yeah!!!

I did PLB all the way through this morning. Boy my legs were tired.

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt and 1/2 english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - not sure yet but plan on getting a salad
S - BFL bar
D - not sure hubby wants to go out for Italian but his mom called last night and invited us to dinner and she had no idea where so I will eat as healthy as I can once it is decided where we are going

Hope everyone has a great weekend. Free day tomorrow yippeee!!!!

B: pb on wheat toast, coffee, water
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff yogurt
L: shake & pasta salad
S: BFL bar
D: no clue what I'm having tonight, maybe a salad w/chicken
S: ff cottage cheese and fruit

Today my office is having a luncheon. I really don't plan on joining them. One of my coworkers made pasta salad with lite dressing and veggies and she put some in a container for me. Wasn't that nice of her? I'm going to eat that with a protein shake. I'm going to go to the gym during lunch - that way I will not be tempted to eat.

I'm glad that tomorrow is a free day too - I"m taking my son to lunch for chinese }( and then my husband and I are going to a banquet in the evening.

this checkin has been a bit slack lately, where is everyone?!

s - chocolate cookie thingsx( (its TTOTM i can't help it!)
l - 6 shrimp over salad greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes
s - yogurt
d - WW spaghetti w/veggie marinara

today is PS L&A for me. Haven't done legs in a week, so this should feel good!!

I have also been following BFL and I'd like to check in too.
B: Oatmeal/Splenda/protein scoop/peanut butter/milk
S: Protein shake
L: Tuna salad sand. w/cucumber
S: Protein shake
D: Unsure, chicken and salad - I guess.
S: Cottage Cheese and Yogurt and small fruit

It's not so bad following this, I enjoy the majority of the meals he has in the eating for life cook book.

I'm with you guys, tomorrow is my splurge day and I'm ready!!!!!!!
