Well, that's what we called them in school, and I'm on the way there.

So, what is the best way to tone the triceps area up? I just started back to working out, and even when I did the FIRM several years ago, they still sagged. I'm thinking that the ciruit workouts only went so far, and that was my problem. Funny, my biceps are pretty good, it's the triceps area that really is the problem.

So, how often and how heavy would you recommend working out my triceps. I've got Muscle Max, and just ordered PUB/PLB. Would 2 days a week as heavy as I can go do the trick? Thanks for any guidance anyone has!

LOL! My 12 yo DD calls them batwings! No advice here, bumping for input.

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.

RE:

Well, there's no such thing as spot reducing. You can do all the kickbacks, tricep dips etc and it still won't make those batwings go away without the proper diet and aerobic activities. You may have to play around with it a bit. I recommend a combo of lifting and cardio- maybe like the 4ds if you have it. But eat really clean. It will take some time, but you will see results. When things stop working it's time to change it up again. HTH.
