Hello,
I've been working out most of my life, but I would like to try Yoga. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good DVD to start with? Thanks! Lisa in Louisiana |

Lisa,
I have lots of yoga DVDs, but the best thing I ever did was to go to a local yoga studio and take a 10 class 'Introduction'. I found that I was doing some of the poses just a little bit wrong and the instructor fixed that, plus I made some new friends. If you want to try out yoga first, then I would suggest any of the Gaiam yoga workouts (lots at Target ), or if you have OnDemand, try a few of those under Exercise TV section. This way you don't make a huge investment in something you don't like. Have fun and enjoy the experience! Elle |

Hey guys, this topic needs to go into the "open discussion" forum. This forum is for discussing Cathe's DVDs and rotations.

Thanks ElleJay!
I went to Target and found a beginner Gaiam Yoga DVD. Now, if only I can find the time to do it! Thanks again! Lisa in Louisiana |
