Working with weights

I have all the strength training videos (Pure Strength, MIS,
Body Max, Cross Train Express) and have just ordered the Slow
and Heavy series. What is the best way to use these tapes for
maximum results. Should they be alternated every week, month,
etc. I have not yet ordered the Power Hour tape, but would like to have that incorporated also.

Please Help.
 
Hi Gina! I'm not sure there is a right way or best way to rotate, but what's working for me personally is rotating every 2 weeks. I'll do MIS and PH for two weeks (total body) and then switch to a split routine, either PS or S&H, with some of the CTX tapes thrown in (only have 2). So essentially I do a total body routine for 2 weeks and then a split routine for 2 weeks. I break it down further by rotating MIS & PH during my total body weeks to get in both heavy & endurance workouts (PH 1x/week and MIS 2x/week) Does this make sense? I tried to be as clear as possible! Hopefully some others will post their rotations too. And there are several rotations already posted on the forums.
