:-wow Please allow me some up front honesty. My first time through S&H and Power Hour, I said this was not for me. However, I went back three weeks later - hum. Now that I had my weights adjusted I thought - ok, it's not so bad.

This week I did S&H (I'm glad you didn't name them Slow & Muscular, tee hee) and I am completely hooked on the whole series. My rotation finishes my week off (and probably me) with Power Hour on Friday and Rythmic Step on Saturday.

What a pleasure to have something completely different to go to from the other style lifting. Thank you for your innovative tapes - maybe you should do the Slow & Heavy tape series again with a reverse count - ouch!
