Where to find?

Another thread made me think of this.

There was a post way back that included all the premixes and what they are, exactly. For example: instead of premix: 50 minutes, it tells that the premix includes intervals 1-3 + w/u, etc. Does anyone know where I can find that? TIA
 
The new workouts will tell you what to expect in that premix along with how long, but her older workouts only tell you the time of the workout premix if you are looking on the dvd menu itself.

I love this option because I can better pick the premix of my choice when I know what the premix has in store rather than just the time lenght.

Sorry I don't know where else to find that break down other than on the dvd menu of her new workouts.
 
Thanks, but actually I´m looking for something even more specific than the compendium, (which I have). I believe this post included exactly what each premix consists of, not only the length. for example, what exercises are excluded due to a shorter workout time. Maybe i´m just dreaming;)
