I just started working out again after a few year layoff and I love Power Hour and was wondering if Cathe has something newer out that is similar?

Her new High Reps is similar. Muscle Endurance is similar in that it's a high rep workout, just not as much as "body pump" feel as PH.

High Reps, which is one of our newest DVDs, is patterned after Power Hour and is the DVD which is most similar to Power Hour.
