What a workout!

This afternoon I was ambitious after reading honeybunch's post.
For my workout I did the following:

CircuitMax warmup and first 3 cycles (just the cardio)
Power Hour Squats and plies
CircuitMax last 3 cycles (just the cardio)

I was sweating! I like to divide up my workouts and make them *different*.

I really like Power Hour and for the last week, I've used it as an add-on for a quick pump....

I've done these combos with Power Hour:

PH warmup (squats, chest, back) then cardio of choice
Power Circuit with PH Chest and Back
Cardio of choice followed by Power Hour lunges & shoulders
Step Heat with Power Hour Biceps & Triceps.

I'm loving the endurance pump of the Power Hour segmetns! Just what I need when time is tight!

Did you do the squat section and the lunge section back-to-back? What an amazon!! I really appreciate Cathe spacing them apart! I'm thinking of gradually getting into Slow and Heavy by alternating Slow and Heavy back/chest with everything but Back/Chest from power hour, but that would also put the squats and lunges back to back. Maybe I'll do squats, shoulders, lunges!
