I love all her DVD's that have weights, actually I love all of her DVD's and you can't go wrong with any of them. I own most of them too. They all provide excellent fat burning and muscle building techniques. Check out the video clip section and you can get a good idea of what's on the DVD's. You don't need to use a barbell, you can you hand weights to make it easier for your back. You can substitue anything she does to your needs, that's one of the reasons why I Love her workouts!!!

I know I didn't name any DVD's because really they are all excellent... Watch the clips and you'll get a good idea of what you want.

Hope this helps...

Thanks for taking the time to reply.i have the hiit dvd and drill max.I am just coming back from hip bursitis so have to keep it low impact so i have been thinking about travel fit and body fusion, low impact circuit and the low impact step with total sculpting but i really likethe look of muscle max,as it looks like it does everything.

Look at High Reps. It could be done without a barbell. You can use lighter weights because of the higher number of reps and still get a good burn. This is turning out to be one of my favorite weight workouts. Taking a break from it to complete a 3 month STS rotation. I just had to buy STS when the price was right last month!
