I love every Cathe DVD I have, I am currently using her upper body prymid dvd a few times a week and love it. I would like to find a complimentry upper body workout that I could alternate it with and I am have a hard time deciding which one to go with. Other fans please give me your favorite Cathe upper body workouts. Thanks!

Well Cathe has 2 gym style workouts that are upper body (1 is back, shoulders, biceps and the other is Chest and Triceps)

I would think you could use her Muscle Max dvd as well, it has about 3 or 4 leg excersies but it's primarily upper body

Also the Pure Strength DVD, it has 3 workouts on it but 2 of them are upper body

Hope this helps

PUB is my favorite upper body dvd. "Gets very much accomplished in very little time" as Cathe says near the beginning of it. Another total upper body that I like is the compilation from the Cross train program. It's called Upper body split and it has all the upper body segments from the cross train days. It's about 40 minutes without a warm up or cool down. I usually tack on an ab workout from the same disc. I also like the upper body from Push-Pull. You can do two or three sets of solid exercises from the premixes.

I love both of her upper body Gym Styles DVDs! Muscle Max also has 2 or 3 upper body premixes as well as a timesaver total body and TS lower body. MM is a great DVD, a *must* for every collection!

You can build up to heavier weights with Upper Body Pyramid, so High Reps is what I'd recommend. It's just that, lighter weights, higher reps and would be a good complement to UBP. I love the burn I get doing this workout. There are quite a few premix options available with this workout.
