upper body in CTX

I just want to let Cathe--and anyone else considering the buying them--that between last night and this morning I have done all of the upper body workouts in CTX and I love them! Yesterday I mentioned that I was disappointed in the amount of upper back movements (not enough), but now that I have done them (as opposed to fast forwarding thru them) I really enjoyed it. The underhand grip rows combined with a good morning movement was new for me. So too were the bicep concentration pulses. Your workouts are awesome Cathe. Thanks! Jeanne
