I have a question: I've seen several mentions throughout the board in regards to body types, i.e., Meso, ecto and endo.* I took an online quiz and the results were a combo of meso and endo.I currently have quite a bit of weight to lose.* I'm doing Cathe's beginner rotation to get my endurance back after a lengthy break.* When I finish the beginner rotation, do I concentrate on:light weight/high rep (circuit workouts)* ORHeavier lifting (traditional weight training?Maybe I need to focus on circuit type workouts until the weight is off?Any comments are welcome!* And Thanks!Shari
