What are the toughest kickboxing would you recommend? I have the STS KB, Fusion & Boxing but they are not as tough as I thought they would. I also have the 4DS kickboxing & I love that but it is short .

Hi Bunekenek,

Read your post on the KickBox DVD's that you have & noticed that you are missing two of Cathe's hardest Kickbox videos. 'KickMax' and also 'Kick, Punch, and Crunch.'

I've had both for quite some time and while the kick / punch combos in Kick Max really aren't that hard, you're not off the hook: Kickmax has like 10'blasts' at the end that are super tough followed by some leg conitioning drills that will leave you challenged too.

Kick, Punch, and Crunch pretty much covers everything. You get a warm up, intermediate moves, then it takes you into a pretty tough advanced cardio segment followed by 3 kick & punch combos, plus astability ball abs seg. ( this one is about 70-75min long ! )

Like I said: I've had these two for quite a while and still have a blast with all the premixes that you can used with both. Best ones in my book anyway !!
Note: I usually do the premixes because it's pretty tough to do the entire DVD's so I think you'll also find them as challenging.

You have to get Kick Punch Crunch. I honestly don't think I have ever read a bad or negative review, personally for me, it's a dvd I have had for about 2 years and still use often, and I get bored easily. When I first got it, I was breathing crazy heavy by the end, I used to have to stop it at the last combo and catch my breath for a while, now because of HIIT workouts I can get through it without stopping.

Hands down, KPC is the best and toughest Cathe KB workout.

I agree ypu have to get kick punch and crunch and Kick Max. Both have me winded by the end (although most workouts do) but they are really good. I agree with Dela haven't seen a bad review about either one actually.
