Default Toning DVD suggestions??

Hello, I am new to Cathe and was hoping someone could help me find a toning DVD that doesn't require more than hand weights...? I don't have much equipment and can't afford to buy it at the moment, so was hoping someone might have a suggestion that could suit my situation.
Thanks all!

I find that most of Cathe's DVD's can be done with just hand weights. For toning i really like Muscle Endurance. It's an all weight total body workout that does high reps to build muscle endurance. Even though Cathe and crew use a barbell for some of the exercises you can sub in dumbells. I have done this many times. You also get Bootcamp on this DVD which is a great workout. You can sub in dumbells in that one too.

Not sure if you have a step, but I also like Cathe's circuit workouts like Low Impact Circuit which mixes step and weights. If you don't have a step then i would go for the Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance DVD. There are Leg Presses in Muscle Endurance but if you don't have a high step you could always do lunges or squats instead.

Kick, Punch & Crunch doesn't require any weights and you also get Legs & Glutes on this DVD.

You can pretty much sub in dumbells for the barbell in all her workouts.

Let us know what you decide on getting!

That's so helpful, thank you!

I have a step and really enjoy it. I only have the Classics vol1 so far (like I said, I am new), so would love any suggestions you have for her step dvds too.

I am going to go and try to preview the two that you suggested and then decide. Thanks again, there are so many to choose from, its hard to know which one to pick

If you are still new to step then the next set I would order is the Cardio Hits. These up the choreography and intensity a notch above the Classics. They have a lot of moves that Cathe still uses but they are broken down more so you can learn them better. And they are really fun and burn a lot of calories! If you like 80s music you will especially like these. Once you master these then you are set to learn any newer Cathe step DVD.
