Timesaver: High Step Challenge

Here's a breakdown of the two Timesaver workouts on High Step Challenge, the first one is basically the first, third and fifth cycles, but the fifth one tacks on some back work (barbell rows and barbell bands) before the core section. The second timesaver has 5 cycles of 4 exercises each.

3. Tricep Pushups on step
4. Leg press with overhead press
5. Dips
6. Side push ups

1. Cardio
2. Band leg press
3. Hammer punch lunges
4. Barbell curls
5. One arm tricep extension with band

1. Cardio
2. Calve raises
3. Decline pushups
4. Upright row/overhead press
5. Band rear delt fly
6. Hover squats
7. Barbell rows
8. Band rows
9. Core

TIMESAVER 2

1. Cardio

3. Dips
4. Side pushup
