success with 4D's and CTX one body part at a time?

I've been having fun and success doing 4 day splits using cathe workouts - and last week I used the pre-mixes on the 4Ds.

This week I'm doing a Cathe rotation using Slow and Heavy and Pyramid.

I'd like to try one body part a day - as scripted in the 4D's and CTX series.

Has anyone done these series as filmed, have you had success and did you add in a total body workout or circuit to them?
