Default STS Total Body Dvd vs. the download version

hello,
I am not sure if this is where this question goes, but I am wondering if I should get Total Body Dvd or the download version. The dvd comes with 8 premixes, if anyone has suggestions on which is a better route to go please let me know. I would like to decide before the discounts are over. Also, if anyone has the downloaded total body, can you please tell me how many chapters there are please and what they are.

Thank you!
Raquel

I downloaded the sts total body. If you like premixes it might be worth buying the DVD

If you are familiar with the workout blender it is easy to make premixes because the download is very well chaptered. There are about 40 chapters in the download plus a compound chest and shoulder and a compound back download with chapters. Each exercise is a chapter. The workout alternates between three leg exercises for two sets and three upper body exercises plus some bonus exercises. There is an 8 minute core routine and 5 minute stretch at the end.

I like downoalds to save on shipping and customs to Canada but if you like premixes and don't want to spend time at your computer making them then the DVDs would be better. Hope this helps. Either way it's a great workout.
