Default Strength DVDs - level of difficulty

I'm putting together a 3 month rotation using the Cathe DVDs I currently own. I have some of the Shock Cardios, Intensity, and 4DS so I have enough cardio DVDs to incorporate into my rotation....for now
I'd like to set up my rotation using my strength DVDs from
"easiest" to hardest (or in Cathe's case hard to hardest!) to end my rotation with a bang.
I own S&H, 4DS, and the Pyramids. How would you rank them? I thought I would do 4DS, then S&H, then the Pyramids, 4 weeks each before changing to the next, this would ofcourse include cardio. Or should I just switch it up weekly.
Also, I'm thinking about adding a Total Body session into the rotation but I just can't decide! Cathe's got so many great DVDs! Maybe you all could give me some suggestions.
My goal is to burn off the last stubborn few pounds of fat I have left and build more muscle. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

Why not set it up to kind of mimic the order of the mesocycles in Cathe's STS series?

You can use the Pyramids as the first cycle (endurance) because there are a lot of reps and the work out moves quickly.

Then you can move on to "meso 2" which would be 4DS and finally "meso 3" which is definitely S&H.

Put an active recovery week in between each 4 week cycle of training and you are all set!

Love this idea! Thanks! As for the rest week in between cycles, is a rest week doing nothing at all or just maybe doing lighter activities? TIA!

For my rest weeks, I like to do some lighter cardio, yoga and circuit dvds.
