Default strength dvd suggestion

hi all -- building the library up and need suggestions on a strength dvd.

i just finished a cycle of Pyramids (LOVE that series) and i have the hardcore series: gym styles, body max, butts and guts, 4day split, drill max, terminator...not looking for cardio...

hardcore extreme?
power hour?
max int. strength?
pure strength?
push pull?

i don't think i would be a fan of slow and heavy...

thank you!!

I really like Max. Intensity Strength and the Pure Strength series.

Haven't done Power Hour or Push/Pull (yet). I thought Hardcore Extreme was more cardio than weights but I could be wrong since I haven't done it yet but have it.

I'd say the Muscle Endurance/Bootcamp dvd, second choice would be the dvd with Power Hour or Cathe's new High Rep workout to be released at the end of the month. These are more high rep/endurance workouts the ones you have seem to lean a bit towards heavier lifting, less reps. A close runner up is the Supersets/PushPull dvd though some think this one is a bit easier than Cathe's others however there are a ton of premixes on this one!

It does seem like most of what you have uses moderate to heavy weights, so I would say go for Power Hour or Muscle Endurance, which is high rep/low weight for a change of pace.

I'm still debating about slow and heavy as well. I did it when I had FitTv and probably would need to incorporate some cardio with it.

I agree with the other posters, Muscle Endurance is excellent, I really like Push Pull b/c its done in 45 minutes and it works the entire body. Power Hour would be another good one for strength training.
