All I can say is, wow! I have quite a few of Cathe's cardio/interval dvds (except for the last series, which I know I'll be caving in and getting soon!) and have done all of them numerous times so I found this premix, thinking it would be something new. I barely made it through, in fact my calves are super sore today! I thought I was in good shape, but apparently not!
Anyone else get their butt kicked doing this premix?
I just did this one yesterday because I am following the May 07' Premix Rotation. It kicked my butt too I thought about stopping early but I told the girls in my check-in I was doing it so I had to finish}( Great workout!!!
