S&H Weight amounts?

Hi,

I ordered the S&H DVD's, and am anxiously awaiting their arrival at the end of August. I keep wondering how I'm going to incorporate them into my rotation, but figure I'll do one each day after I get them, to check them out in their entirety.

Does anyone know what weights Cathe uses for each exercise, so I have some idea of where to start (I'll start somewhat lower, but need a baseline to work from!)? I don't want to just get out all of my plates and dumbbells every day, and have to switch weights wildly throughout the workouts. I read in another post that she uses a 40 lb barbell for legs, so I figure I'll start with 35 to see how I do. I am much weaker in my biceps and shoulders, and would go quite a bit lower than she does, but I need an amount to work down from for the various exercises!

Has anyone written down the weights she uses?
