Hi, not sure if this has been asked before, but has anyone tried doing the Slow and Heavy series in a different way? For example, instead of 2 counts on the negative and 6 counts on the positive, reverse it so that you are moving the weight for 6 counts on the negative. Or, how about 4 counts positive, 4 counts negative? I have ony been doing S and H for a couple of weeks, but just thought that changing things sometimes would add variety, and work the muscles in different ways. What do you think?

I don't actually have S & H, but in CTX Cathe does slow counts on both the way up and down. I imagine that it would work the muscle in different ways. Just be careful that if you are doing 6 then 2, and Cathe is doing 2 then 6, that you don't do anything too jarring or quick to catch up with her if you lose her count and she is on to the next set(not a problem with 4 and 4). I am always modifying my videos because i don't have enough of them to do others. Jeanne
