I did it this morning for the first time. I used 20 and 15 lbs dumbbells and I L O V E D it!!!! You are working really hard but then, with the breaks, it is manageable. I feel soreness comming on (I am hardly getting sore anymore). Thanks Cathe, for putting a great series together again. I hope, I will enjoy the xtrain express as much as your S&H Series. I had to order the set. Those tapes were the last ones missing, otherwise I have them all (don't tell my husband, though).

Chest and Back is my favorite of the SLow and Heavy series. I really feel the work, and can synch my breathing with the rep count.
 
This workout is my favorite of the series also. I really feel the work when I'm doing it and am very sore the next day - something that rarely happens for me.

I finished my third week of the Slow Heavy Series and I love it too. I agree CTX is da Bomb also! What'd I ever do before I discover CAthe? Cathe rocks!
