Recovery time

Hi everyone, I need your help, lately I can't seem to recover quickly enough from any of my workouts. I did PS Legs/Abs on Tuesday and was thinking of doing it again today, but I'm just exhausted. Usually do Wt. training in the A.M. 4x's/wk, and cardio 3-4x's/wk in the P.M., but couldn't get up this morning to do anything. Maybe because I'm getting older, I require more time, but this is ridiculous. Do any of you take anything to speed up the process? I was thinking of purchasing some EAS products, maybe it will help. HELP ME, PLEASE!
