If you want just cardio and like step, I would suggest Low Max. First time I did it, I thought this is going to be a cake walk. I couldn't have been more wrong!

If you want circuit training, I would say Low Impact Circuit. Again, I thought it wouldn't be that bad but it is a really good calorie burner. Another one might be Cardio & Weights. I don't remember it being too high impact and any jumping could be made low impact easily.

Hope that helped!

Any of the kickboxing workouts are great. Any intensity/impact in them is easily modified and the workouts are really fun. Kick, Punch and Crunch in particular!

I did Imax 2 earlier this month with low modifications, i.e. single leg squat for genie hops (there's like a zillion ) and forget what I did during combo blast #9, probably prayed for it to be over....interestingly according to my HRM it's almost a perfect match to Cathe's new Lower Body Blast, you could do that for lower impact (incidentally, modified some plyos in that as well) it's definitely doable.

Kick Punch Crunch

and...

Intensity is really great and is easily modifiable in my opinion...I have a weak right knee and I Love the new Intensity workout and reach for it often! It also has a low impact hiit section on it, which is incredible!
