I forgot how great this workout was. I've been doing LL so much this summer, and I havn't done this one in several months. So I drug it out. WOW!.
I upped the poundage for lunges and stepups to 15 from 12, and found I need to up the squat weight also. But WOW! My legs are in for some sorness in the morning. GOOD!
 
I just wanted to add how much I like this tape too!! I just started doing it about 12 weeks ago. I am doing the Slow and Heavy series now, but I have to do this one at least once a week. I LOVE IT!!
 
I'll add my praise too. I love this tape! The sit-n-stand squats are so killer!!! I also want to add that since I've been doing this tape, my running has improved greatly. My legs & core are stronger, so I can run longer. Thanks Cathe!
