premixes BM2 & DM

Hey everyone, hope you can help me out, I just wanted to know if any of can tell me more about the premixes on BM2 and DM...are the ones that say cardio, are they cardio only etc.

BM2 has a few cardio premixes! And so does DM! I think you'll really like them if you're looking for cardio only type premixes.

DM does the Drill Blast cardio where you do each drill cardio portion twice in a scattered type way. It's killer! BM2 has a cardio blast, and I beleive a cardio blast timesaver.

I know it fits your criteria!

Wow! Thanks for the breakdown. I just bought BM 2 and have done the full version, cardio blast and timesaver cardio. I wondered about the bootcamp and the cardio and weights and with your breakdown now I won't have to preview them first. Thanks again! :D
