Default Pls recommend DVDs that do not require much equip!

I have the Hardcore series Kick Max DVD which I LOVE! And I've also done Kick, Punch, and Crunch on FitTV. I would love to buy some more Cathe DVDs for Christmas, but most seem to require a step, barbells, etc. I don't have a lot of space, so I don't wish to purchase a step or barbells. I have hand weights and could maybe purchase a ball - are there DVDs that would be a really hard workout but that don't require much equipment that you'd recommend?? Thank you!!

MMA Boxing, MMA Kickbox, MMA Fusion, Cardio Core Circuit, Hiit Double Wave Pyramid, No equipment abs, Yoga abs, Pilates abs ... all these don't require equipment and are very good, you should maybe preview them

I plan on getting CCC and HIIT, I've heard nothing but good things about them and they look like burners

You could also get Butts and Guts. It has one of my favorite warmups using a stability ball. The workout is great and you could use dumbbells and the ball.

I like the MMA workouts and I would also agree that Travel Fit is a good option. HiiT requires a step. Cardio Core Circuit is a beast. The STS Ab Circuits DVD is also a great option for core work.

Cardio Core Circuit, Hiit, MMA Boxing....I'm sure there are plenty more, but those three were the first ones I thought of!! Good luck!
