Hi- I have a $100 gift certificate and 15% off coupon that I'd like to take advantage of (I don't mind spending a little of my own money as well, so maybe adding 4-6 DVDs). I'd love some input/opinions on what you think I should add to my collection. I need to lose a good amount of weight/fat (about 50 lbs) and tone up (lower body and abs are my biggest problem areas, as well as tricep area). I just had arthroscopic knee surgery, so it will be another month or so before I can workout to Cathe again
but I want to have my collection ready for when I resume normal activity! Here is what I have already: Kick, Punch, Crunch & Legs/Glutes IMax 2/Cardio & Weights Step Jump Pump/Step Blast Basic Step/Cardio & Weights Classic Vol.1 Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance Rhythmic Step+ Low Max Terminator Butts & Gutts Pyramid Upper Body & Pyramid Lower Body Gym Style series (all 3) High Step series (all 3) I know I want to add Drill Max after reading the reviews of many here as well as watching some clips. Any other suggestion? Thanks in advance for your help! |

Low Impact Circuit is a favorite of mine. It is a real calorie burner.
I also love Body Max 2. That one has really great premixes. The music in both of these is really good too. I found circuit workouts really helped me to shed fat and build a good muscle base. Good luck on your goal!

Can you use your gift certificate for the pre-sale? The new low impact series might be great for you after your knee surgery. Intensity, Drill Max, High Reps, Ab Circuits...all good ones too.
