I have some serious DOMS in my hips, thighs and glutes from Kick Max. I am surprised cosidering there was no weight work in the leg drills. My lats are feeling it too. I must say I am pleasantly pleased!!
I never get DOMS from KPC. I owe it all to the leg drills in Kick Max. I think it's going to be a great leg sculptor. This would be good for your freestyle training. You will LOVE these workouts!
Ok, still getting used to the abbreviations! What does DOMS stand for? All I know is that I think it means that you really felt the workout the next day and that sounds great!
