Smile Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance

I would like to know which is better to start with a rotation cycle for August, doing 3xs a week plus cardio,Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance, since you guys are the experts. I am an intermediate to advanced exerciser. I want to get more definition, I have some definition now, but would like more, please advise!!!

I have both of these workouts, and you wouldn't really go wrong with either of them in my opinion. I think MM might be harder than ME (do others agree?) but you'd increase your muscle definition doing either of these workouts a few times a week. Have you watched the video clips on this website? They're usually pretty long (6 or 7 minutes) so you get a good feel for the music, some of the exercises, etc to see if one of them clicks with you better. I prefer MM to ME but it's a personal thing and I like them both. HTH.

Default MM has slightly more varied lifting

I agree with Bobbi that both workouts -- MM and ME -- are great, and both have 5-star reviews at most places. MM is somewhat newer -- and has slightly more non-traditional lifts, with more tube- or band-lifting than with ME. Both are approximately the same length and intensity, but for me the MM DVD is slightly harder.

Cool Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance

Thanks for the replys guys I really appreciate it. I think I will just alternate MM & ME throughout August 3xs a week with some cardio on non weight days. I appreciate your honesty!! I have already done MM once, and enjoyed it, although could not use the same weights on barbell as Cathe, but I will get there. I have watched the ME dvd and thought it looked ok, but MM looks alot more exciting to me, but the Abs section on ME looks awesome!

One thing I really like about ME - it comes on a DVD with Boot Camp. And I LOVE Boot Camp. When you only have an hour and you need to do cardio, weights, and abs, it totally kicks your behind and works your entire body. I have MM too and like both ME and MM, but I use the ME DVD more often because of this.

I have both and love both of them equally. I think ME is more difficult b/c of the higher reps than in MM but I think both are very effective and you wouldn't go wrong with either one.
