Muscle Max DVD

Hello,

I've been working out to the dvd titled Muscle Max but I was wondering if the workout is designed to work if you split the routine up. I want to do shoulders and arms one day and then back and legs. Will the workout still produce results? Thanks for the input.
 
You certainly can split up the workout if you are short on time. Depending on your current fitness level, your results may not be as good as you'd like. If you are new to lifting, you'll probably get good results. If you are experienced at lifting, you may notl get the maximum results that way, unless you lift as heavy as you can, or maybe repeat some sets.
 
I rarely, if ever, work upper and lower on the same day anymore...Usually only for circuits...I find that since all of Cathe's "full" weight workouts have legs first, I tend to put everything into that and don't have alot of "umph" left for upper body...Does that make sense? Sorry if it doesn't!
