Default mma boxing,low impact?

Hi,
just want your opinions on whther the mma boxing dvd is low impact.i know the jumping over the rope isn't but can jump side to side on my trampoline for that bit.Can anyone tqlk me through/describe the workout to me.many thanks,mel

MMA Boxing is not low impact. You can modify some moves, however. It depends on what your particular issues may be. Have you viewed the video clips on the website? That will give you a better idea of what's in there.

You can do the cardio in a rebounder or skip the lower body cardio and just do the boxing cardio and upper body blitzes. You will still get a great cardio workout without impact. I often do this and I absolutely love it!

I often do MMA: Boxing with just the boxing cardio and upper body blitzes. I agree with Gibbee, it is still a great workout! You can always repeat one or more of the boxing segments for a longer workout.

I love, love, love this workout, it's my favorite! Just skip the lower body segments and it's totally low impact. I've been having problems with my foot and can't do high impact, so I've never actually done the lower body blitzes and it still gets my heartrate up there. This one is definitely worth buying!
